How to Reheat Nimita’s Cuisine

Reheat on Stovetop:

Warm curry, rice, and dal in separate small pans on low heat until food reaches desired temperature.

Reheat in Oven:

Preheat the oven to 390F and arrange the desired quantity on a baking tray. Warm in the oven for approximately 10 mins.

Raita

Raita is a yogurt-based sauce that balances and cool the spices in the other dishes.

It is also a great source of probiotics, which can be healing to the gut. (Contains dairy.) 

Chutney

A condiment to accompany the dishes, chutney compliments and enriches the flavor of your meal. Chutneys may be made from fruits, such as apples, pear, mango, and more. They may also be made from tamarind

Each basket contains a fresh, organic salad.

Depending on season and availability, you may find a rainbow of delicious veggies, packed with vitamins and minerals. Nimita makes a healthy salad dressing using only olive or grapeseed oils, and may top your salad with fresh fruit or berries.

Naan is a delicious leavened bread. Tear it apart and scoop up your curry or dal, or use it to sop up the sauces on your plate. Or top it like a pizza. There are no rules. Just enjoy this delicate, chewy bread.
